The food was really not very good. 2 weak drinks, apps, 2 entrees, 1 dessert. It was $100. The staff was nice but the place was mostly empty and we were all seated directly next to one another. I waited tables for years so I understand server sections but this was too much.

Sunday morning the only available seating is in the bar. Not a big fan of leaving church to go to a restaurant that will only allow seating in a bar. Not cool. Hostess wouldn’t seat us elsewhere. Seams silly to turn away business over something so silly.

Our Waiter Cory (Excellent!) and his assistants were pretty good too!...lol I wouldn't mind seeing him again!

Definitely not worth the amount I paid. Steak was all fat with no flavor.Forgot salsa for the chips and salsa.Boneless wings ruined by putting buffalo and BBQ in the same container. Charged 7 bucks for small side of quac. Fajita party tray very skimpy. Hardly no toppings provided.Spent over $200.00Very disappointed ?

How can I rate “meh”? This review is a summary of the last year. My wife loves this place but I can’t find a reason why.Dinner seating: I was tired after a 12 hour shift and no one was being seated. The couple in front of me had been waiting over 10 minutes for anyone to recognize they were standing there (I left). Waited 8 minutes for lunch seating and another 20 minutes for staff to take our order . I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I left without paying because I never received food and I had an appointment (I have never done this).Brisket burger and mac & cheese were sub standard. I would have rather had Kraft mac and cheese over this slop!Find some other place to eat. This place is not worth your time or money.I will never go here again

If you know me personally, you know we do not frequent chain stores of any kind. We typically shop and buy from local businesses. With that said, occasionally we do go to a chain business.Today we went to the Chili’s in Brighton, MI. The front door had a sign that it will slam when you come in. One of the urinals in the men’s room doesn’t work. The place is aged and it shows. This place could use a facelift if they are to compete with the other local businesses in the area. The food was good even though utensils were not provided. The beer specials are good value and the taps are producing a cold beer that tastes as it should. This is good considering many places have poor draft beer due to a lack of good maintenance programs, causing them to produce beers with off flavors. I also had a house margarita. (Pictured below in the pint glass). It was ok at best. The presentation is what you would expect. The flavor screams run of the mill drink. This is certainly not a craft cocktail but I have had lesser drinks in other places. The other drink I had was the Tequila Trifecta. (Pictured below in the rocks glass) The drink is definitely tequila forward. While it is not a balanced cocktail, it is something I would expect a corner bar to make. It was very boozy forward yet drinkable. The presentation was what you would expect for a margarita.Overall, we had an ok experience in this Chili’s restaurant. It wasn’t an experience I would not be jumping up and down for. If the service was better or the drinks were a little more balanced or the disrepair of the place was addressed this could have been a better visit. I was not overly impressed, but I also do not have anything that would make me call the manager over to talk. So if you’re looking for an ok experience, this is the place for you. The food is decent and the drinks were ok. Nothing that will knock your socks off. While we did recommend Chili’s, this was based on our typical experience there and not just on the experience we had the other night.I am adding an edit to this review. Both of us that visited Chili’s that night had other issues. Let’s just say the dinner couldn’t wait to leave us as soon as we made it home. I adjusted the food down because of this and I would certainly reconsider making this a recommendation of any sort.

Very disappointed in this Chili's location. Have visited this locations many times. This was one of the worst experiences for a Chili's. Things that went wrong:1) Waitress forget our drink order and needed to be reminded to pick it up at the bar.2) Tried to order Fajitas but told they could not be cooked without red peppers (which is a no no for me).3) Simple burger was incorrectly served as a double burger.4) We were not asked if we wanted desert or coffee. And then told they didn't have decaf.5) The "silly" table kiosks are very hard to use and very impersonal. And, there is no way to get a printed receipt from the Kiosk. This Chili location used to be a "go-to' place for a burger dinner -- no more!

Chili's is really starting to deteriorate and go downhill. Food has slipped. The service is slow and the atmosphere is just one of dirty.

Hadn't been to a Chili's in a while, and the last one I visited closed shortly after, most likely due to the fact that they had zero staff.THIS Chili's, however, was fantastic! The server was friendly and kind, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our salads. My friend wanted grilled chicken. I wanted crispy. The salads were delicious. The avocado had started browning a bit, but everything else was fresh, crispy and delicious.Happily, the parking was easy, and the restaurant was busy but not overly so.On our way out, we got a very cool bit of a nature experience as well, seeing a pair of Sandhill Cranes on the grass right near the building. Will happily go back here.
