We got seated. We were sitting there watching staff walk past us and nobody greeted us. My boyfriend flagged down the mananger on duty. We told him what was going on. He immediately took our drink orders and got a waitress (Savannah) over to our table within mins. Savannah and the manager both procceeded to make sure we were taken care of the entire time, our food tasted fresh and hot, and the manager gave both our small children a scoop of ice cream on the house and also...

Good service. Any person walking by would take care of you if you flagged them down. Food was as you’d expect. Atmosphere was no bueno. With 8 TV’s to distract us, people were cleaning around us while others yukked it up in the kitchen or paid attention to their phones. Nevertheless, we were never unattended. It was just a matter-of-factly stupid experience. Look at your phones behind scene. Chat behind scene. Don’t clean around patrons who are actively dining. Everyone...

I usually have had nothing but good experiences with this chilis. But almost everything in my triple dipper was incorrect(wrong type of wings,cheese on my sliders) I didn’t want to say anything though as the staff seemed busy and stressed, they barely had time to take our orders let alone do corrections so I let it be. That being said the appetizers and drinks came out quick although the margaritas were very watery.
