This chipotle is often understaffed, overworked, and poorly when I come in, however today they were excellent, there was a gentleman(who I believe was a new manager) who served me my food, he got right to the point and clearly knew how to manage his restaurant and staff, not to mention it was actually clean for once great job chipotle

Amazing Service & Generous Portions!
The staff last night was excellent! Both the cashier and the guy working the line did an amazing job — super friendly, attentive, and professional. The service was quick, and the portion sizes were awesome. Really impressed with how well they handled everything. Great experience overall!

Absolutely horror experience. I had no problem waiting for my food because it was busy but it ended up being wrong. I asked for a remake and was completely ignored by all staff but one guy. No attempt to get my order information or remake.
