What's going on with this place it was so much better when the original owner was working in there... They would take pride in what they were making for you the new employees just don't care like any other business I've been a loyal customer for 10 years has gotten to the point where it's just not worth going anymore ... Several times I've asked them for iced coffee and they give me hot coffee. ... The price of a bacon egg and cheese bagel has went from...
Nice coffee shop, great selection of coffee and teas that are available for sale by the cup and by the bag. The service was great and the photo wall is a nice touch too. Highly recommend!
Three times they’ve given me hot when I asked for iced. Not an issue itself-BUT instead of remaking it so it’s cold, they just dump the hot coffee into a new cup with ice. So you’re left with foamy lukewarm coffee. Yuck! The coffee is good when they get it right, though.
