The staff needs a lot more training! I ask for lids on my blizzards and for them to be put in a bag. They had no lids. We ask for lids on them and they were handed to us along with a bag. Then we ask for a receipt with the bar code so we could scan for our points and we got a useless receipt with nothing useful on it.

Went through the drive thru on 2/2 around 7:30pm with a car load of kids. One who is dairy free and myself who is Celiac, when we asked what options are available for dairy free the staff just said "the dilly bar". I followed up with can you please help me with options that are gluten-free? She then huffed and puffed and became very rude. I ordered for all other people in the car who have regular"normal" diet and pulled around to pay. When handing order through the window staff was very rude, did not speak or interact with us.Dietary restrictions: When we asked more about items available for dairy free and celiac ( gluten-free), we were then made to feel like that was asking that staff members to do too much. I didn't need the huff and puff from staff, I am already extremely limited on places to eat as is, I don't need to feel like I am a bother. I unfortunately did not end up ordering anything because staff member said she would need to check with her manager first to see what would be available for me. Absolutely terrible service!

The customer service is nice but the ice cream is soo melted ALWAYS!...even when he hands it to me at the window its already melting, maybe they need a new ice cream machine? I dont know but its soo bad that they could NEVER flip the blizzard upside down cuz it would just fall put of the cup!! I live 5 mins away and this happens ALWAYS! As soon as I get home the ice cream is basicly milk! So we have to put it in the freezer before we even get to enjoy it! Its very very annoying! This happened all summer last year! I went in yesterday same thing! NEVER AGAIN! SUPER DISGUSTING!...I wish we had a better DQ around! ...But yeah for this reason I wont return...If I wanted milk I would pour me a cup instead of wasting my gas by going up there!

Last week my husband retired after 22 years of military service. His mother who lives in another state ordered an ice cream cake for him (they are one of his favorite desserts) for our small retirement celebration. She texted me when it was ready for pickup. I arrived to pick it up only to find out Brighton didn't have any cake under my name. I called her to find out what was happening, and it turned out she had ordered it from the wrong Dairy Queen. She ordered it at one in Wisconsin! The staff in Brighton came to the rescue, found and decorated a cake for my husband, and then wouldn't even let me pay for it! Their generosity meant my husband got his ice cream cake and we were cared for at an important moment in our lives. Thanks for your support of service members and veterans!
