Came here for the first time today and got a Shakin’ Espresso. Drink was good, but what really stood out was a small moment with one of the staff members. He noticed we had pets with us and casually asked if we wanted cups for them too, which honestly caught us by surprise in a good way. We even asked his name but forgot it right after (our bad 😅). Still wanted to leave a review because that little gesture meant a lot. Definitely left with a good impression.

Worst service ever. First time I went in to order and nobody even acknowledged I was at the counter so I just left. The second time I went through drive-through the guy had no idea what he was doing. He ran my card through twice and said it didn’t work so then I paid cash and realized it did go through on my card twice. Made me wait while he filled a door dash order and kept peeking around the corner to see if I left. He was the only one working he had no clue what to do, then proceeded to act like he didn’t know what I had just explained to him. Most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. Will never go back here and will tell everybody!!!

i’ve ordered at this place so many times and they never fill my drink up all the way. i don’t know if the employees have something against me even though they don’t even know me but it feels like they purposely don’t fill my drink up. i paid 4.98 for this and i didn’t even take a sip yet and this is how full it is. the location near target fills my drinks up all the way. Some of my boyfriend’s friends work at the Dunkin near target and it’s much better than this. it still tastes good but it feels like i got scammed. if i said i wanted a medium drink then i would’ve ordered one.

Me and my daughter Emily LOVE this location! We went early this morning to get the reusable Sabrina carpenter cups and they're adorable. This is our favorite location and will not go to another one unless we're out of town. The staff is always so unbelievably kind to us and the drinks are always amazing. We love stopping here and getting this cup today was super special! 😍 Thank you team! ❤️
Why do the two Dunkin' locations in Brighton both suck so bad? This location, despite repeated tries hoping it'd improve, is the worst of the two. The coffee is fine, but the food. Gross. And the service is terrible.

This place use to be my go to Dunkin, but I kinda don’t like it now. I stray away from ordering lattes from this location because it ALWAYS taste like ALL MILK every single time I order one. Came here the other day and got a cold brew & a latte, even with adding an extra shot of espresso to both of them; water. Dunkin is so inconsistent with the drink making I don’t even want to go anymore.

This used to be my favorite location. They used to always be super nice, they have some new employees now & there extremely rude. My food is always thrown together sloppy. I ordered a wake up wrap and the egg & sausage was thrown outside of the tortilla, every morning they never put my cold foam on, that i paid extra for & then they proceed to get an attitude when I politely ask them to add the cold foam. I’d rather take my money to the location a few miles further.
