This is THE dunkin to go to, they are so kind and personable.
They always get my drink order right. I will go out of my way to go to this specific location because of the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they get my order correct.
Krishna, Ram and the others that I usually see every morning are the best!

Workers had to be told that lobby guests were just as important as drive thru and to do the tickets in order and not prioritize drive thru. Food took long time to come out and Workers need to make sure their pants are pulled up. Didn't really enjoy seeing that one of the male works wears a thong. Lobby was full so now lots of people are aware he wears a thong.

every time i go through the drive through, something is wrong with my food i ordered. last time it was 2 croissant stuffers that were lukewarm like they hadn’t bothered to wait for them to cook fully. this time, i ordered loaded hashbrowns and they are missing the bacon. it would have been one thing if the employee had mentioned “we’re out of bacon bits” or something, but this location seems to just assume that their customers will be okay receiving food that they did not order, or receiving food that isn’t even fully cooked. it’s disappointing; i just wanted the food i ordered :(

Just take get the order right. Once per week, my wife and I “treat” ourselves to a large cup of DD coffee with 3 creams. At home we drink black. Yesterday (again), I got home and the coffee that I ordered... was black. We poured it out. For $7 or 8 dollars...or whatever it was...it would sure be nice If you would get the SIMPLE order right. Just pay some attention.
