I love Dunkin but I wish this location would open their lobby inside just for pickup orders. I usually put a pick up order In before work, and I have to wait in the drive thru line to get it instead of just walking in.

Over half an hour in the drive thru line for a sandwich and coffee... the lady was nice but that was about the only good thing. Saw 3 people pull out of line due to waiting too long
