Store hours say open until 9pm but they shut off their app ordering at 830pm so I decided to drive up there at 835pm and they had everything cleaned up and put away for the night and acted like I wasn't in line waiting to place an order. I could understand stand 855pm ignoring me but at 835pm come on now. You close at 9pm not 830pm. I will be sending a message to corporate.

They asked for a tip before I even received any service. Then no tip they move slow. Also a tip on a high price sub sandwich.? Food is good. Not interested in going back to that one in Brighton any. Ann Arbor on is better.

First impressions make a Hugh impact! While Door Dashing, my first time into your place. No one acknowledged me. I was looking for the order. The young lady screamed at me! Do not touch that! It would have just been nice to be acknowledged with a "hello...be right with you". While the food looks awesome, I have been turned away from this place of business because of the staff.

Always a great sub and the meat and cheese are sliced fresh for every sub!
Made my sub order wrong last week. Went again because my son wanted a sub today. Ordered a hot sub my mistake (those darn order by numbers!). We paid and they made the sub. But when I asked to correct it the manager said you paid and this is the sub you get. And we are not making you another one (basically get out of my store!).

the most careless jersey mikes i’ve ever been to 7 times now i’ve had to drive all the way back to get my food remade because they constantly ignore my order and put cheese on my sandwich if you have an allergy do not come to this location they dont care and they don’t offer any money back or anything free they just waste ur gas and time
