Order online. They can never get an order right. Each sub was wrong. Obviously they are unable to read instructions. Example asked for light Mayo it was like they gave extra Mayo. Unbelievable. The staff need to learn to read.

First time here and I don't think Ill be back. Where is the rest of the bread? I wish I would of taken a picture of the whole thing to share what the first impression was like, it was super disappointing. Customer service in the restaurant was poor when the food was picked up.

This place has a good sandwich, but I won't return. Food is prepared on a rushed assembly line. When you get done and ready to leave, you better look for the napkins. There not put in the bag with your food. There you sit eating in your car or wherever. No napkins! For what you pay, how hard would it be to put them in the bag when they are wrapping your food? What a mess! I'll never be back. There are other places to grab lunch on the go. Much cheaper, with better service.

We've ordered on the app here a few times now and it's always been ready and waiting for me at my chosen time and everything has always been as ordered. I've also stopped in here as well. I have to say that I'm saddened by how I've witnessed some customers being rude to the staff. The place does what it says, makes your sub fresh for you, so it takes extra time as they have to cut the meat and cheese and then assemble it. I've seen customers getting huffy/rude with the staff. They are there to do their job, not to deal with a tantrum that your having so RELAX. Try and enjoy life a bit and be kind! Anyway...The subs are good and thus we keep going back. The Italian with the cherry relish is great and so is the club! Soo good and always fresh!!

First let's discuss JM's is Pepsi not coke . Strike one . Late lunch today with a co worker. I had the sub in a tub. Tuna. My salad was good but I am about one hour late and starting to get hungry. I guess I am trying to stay for the 10 bucks it wasn't much food.My co worker says his chicken bacon ranch sandwich was very good. Overall, very good but nothing great IMO.Oops, forgot to snap a photo.

Food is typically quite good, however the last few times I went they got a little busy and rushed me through the line. Didn't get to add any toppings to my sub like I normally would have and was just handed my sub.

Tonight I ordered with a gift card online. And I was told that my order was already picked up when I hadn't been to the location yet! What kind of a scam is that? I'm really upset that not only do I not have the food, I lost the amount of money on my gift card which was $20. I have never had anything like this ever happen before!! This was the first time I've ever ordered at Jersey Mike's. I'm not sure I would ever trust the location in Brighton again. The story just doesn't seem right??Update: I called the location today which is now Tuesday and I spoke with the manager Jason, and it sounds like they are going to be able to fix the situation which is all I was asking for yesterday. Thank you Jason for trying to fix this problem.
