I placed an order in the app at 11:01am for my lunch break. My work is literally right down the street, but I couldn't leave to pick up myself due to coverage. My food was not delivered until 11:47. I paid over $28 and left a $5 tip to have 13 minutes to shove My lunch down my throat. What happened to JJ being "freaky fast"? Those days are long gone.

Thank you Jimmy John's for making a last minute catering deliver for my party. The sandwich boxes were neatly packed and the additional hummus and pita chips we appreciated!!! I called 2x to the store and each time spoke with a pleasant female, never got her name. Thanks again!!!

Doors locked at 8:40 when they close at 9. Even worse two workers were dancing around mocking the fact that the closed early. Could have easily made it to the hartland location if I didn’t waste my time stopping there.

I don’t know what is going on at this store but my experience today was the male cashier was abrupt and no one in this store was friendly. I know it is hard to find employees in today’s environment. Sad. I doubt I will ever be back.

The food was great, the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The parking lot is a nightmare, it is hard to get in and out of parking spots and always full.

We drive through Brighton often and the last 2 times we bought subs from this particular location the bread is hard. Not sure but it could be you need a new oven or a little less cooking time. Won't be stopping again unless it changes

Not sure why I keep coming to this specific location. Each time I get less and less on my sub. I basically had sparse meat and next to no lettuce. There were bites that were just bread. I’m shocked that their employees think it’s acceptable to give someone a sub like that. I guarantee they’re not making their own subs that awful!

I went through the drive thru on 1/15 and ordered two potato salads, fresh bread, and chips. The fresh bread ended up being rung up as day old bread, and the potato salads were given to me a day past the date written in the container (unless the person labeling it writes 9s like 4s) but the potato salad also tasted off compared to how it usually tastes. There were no forks in the bag, so we had to go back through the drive thru just to get forks and not even an apology was given by workers. The chips were the only good thing that I got. It is a shame because I normally love getting Jimmy John’s. I would definitely not go here again.

I am 3 minutes away at spencer rd and old 23, that’s seriously out of your delivery area

Ordered a cold cut combo. The guy made a veggie sub. Asked if there was meat on it and he said yes. Got home and no meat. I called the store and talked to the manager. They obviously don’t know what a cold cut is because he said everything was was cold cut. I guess that doesn’t include meat. Very rude. Will not be going back.
