Now I remember why my wife and I drive to the Howell location. 3/4's of my burrito ended up on my plate, in under 1 minute of trying to eat it. They're also back to trying to hand you the card reader at the drive thru, always making sure to say it'll ask if you wanna leave a tip. Here is a tip, learn how to properly wrap a burrito. Plus, I DO NOT want to touch a card reader presumably everybody else is handed, the less times i have to do that the better especially inna drive-thru. And unless your job relies on tips, I think it is tacky to ask. Your food costs too much and the service is way too poor to garner a tip, other than ones that include info on how to improve yourselves as employees.

I pick a choice off menu & they mess it up somehow ? how do you mess up your own menu item it suppsoed to come w pico & cream & it didn’t , Only thing added was guacamole & sour cream so it shouldn’t be messed up, pure laziness

The inside of this location was filthy. Trash all over the floor in the prep area and behind the register. Dining are tables and floors needed to be cleaned. I was in this location 3:17pm on Sunday Feb. 25th.

Love this place. Though the dude working today needs to improve on his Bowl making skills, the girl who works nights makes amazing bowls compared to this.

Do not go to the Brighton one! If you must get Qdoba, drive down to the Howell one. The Brighton one has been terrible ever since Covid. Super small portions. Super slow service. They make a mistake every single time I’m there. And the queso tastes weird. Last time I was there they had a young child working as well. The whole thing is just bizarre. You will be dissatisfied. The Howell one is nicer.

The quality has dropped recently. I've been here twice in the last few weeks and ordered a quesadilla combo both times. On both occasions the quesadilla was poorly constructed and cut and they forgot to give me sour cream or salsa.The most recent time the queso that came with the chips was cold and weirdly chunky.It's a shame because this place used to be great, but I don't think I'll be back.

UPDATE: just ate here today and a young man by the name of Will has changed everything here. The food is amazing and he took his time to ensure my difficult order was perfectly made. He has tremendous customer service skills and will go somewhere huge one day because he treats people wonderfully and cares about the company! He even found me in the parking lot to give me back my credit card I dropped. Add honesty to his list!

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, they got both of our orders completely wrong. I didn't even get what I ordered and the soda was flat and watered down. Super disappointed with the service here!
