Have gotten drive through at this Brighton location as well as stopping into Novi sometimes and both restaurants have always done a great job with offering good meals, reasonable wait times and getting my order correct. The queso and chicken is always tasty and the meals are filling!
Called Brighton store last minute to place an order for 16 people. I was unaware that the order needed to be placed 24 hours in advanced. I spoke with Jessica and she went above and beyond for me insure I could have my order complete less than 24 hours advanced noticed! I had a lunch meeting schedule with a doctors office and they requested Qdoba. This helped me out immensely.Thank you Jessica and the rest of the staff at the Brighton Qdoba! You guys ROCK!!

UPDATE: just ate here today and a young man by the name of Will has changed everything here. The food is amazing and he took his time to ensure my difficult order was perfectly made. He has tremendous customer service skills and will go somewhere huge one day because he treats people wonderfully and cares about the company! He even found me in the parking lot to give me back my credit card I dropped. Add honesty to his list!
