Jim is incredibly intentional about quality. When I found out he sources his flour from Italy to avoid glyphosate, I was blown away. That level of care matters ā and you can taste it. The crust is light, perfectly wood-fired, and packed with flavor.

Second time getting pizza from here. 1st visit I got a cauliflower crust. When I went to pick it up, I knew I had made a mistake not going traditional seeing pizzas coming out of the oven. TBH the cauliflower crust was meh at best. Got a normal margarita pizza this time, fantastic ! Really good wood fired pizza.
