We have used Chef Mike's services for a large gathering. Also making us custom dishes ready made to serve at home when we're too busy. He's great working with the customization we need for our dietary needs.

Best fish & chips since cladaugh pub was on Haggerty, n of 6 mi. Large portions fit for 2 people. Excellent shrimp ? & Mac n cheese. Excellent beef brisket sandwich. Well done! Almost feel like watching a cricket match now. ??

Chef Mike was great! We had a girlfriends weekend at the cottage. Chef Mike was brought in to do small plates and they were delicious. Everyone loved the charcuterie board, the desserts, and the steak was to die for. He arrived early and well prepared, we did not have anything to worry about. The kitchen was cleaned up as if he never was even there. I would highly recommend him for your event.

Terrible food very bland we ordered 5 different meals and all of it was awful on top of that they brought the gyros with the wrong meat

Thank you so much. Food was delicious!! We got the shrimp tacos, pulled pork, roasted chicken, and rice pilaf. All was amazing and the kids loved it too.

Chef Michael Jay always exceeds our expectations in professionalism, knowledge in numerous foods around the world, and is always reasonably priced. We are never disappointed, and enjoy working with him to map out the perfect menu for each event. He is always prompt responding to questions and our guests are never disappointed with our food choices that he meticulously puts together!
