Got a Dave's double plain with the pretzel bun replacement. They clearly pulled the buns off another sandwich since there was still pieces of bacon and other condiments pressed into the bun. I don't see why they should be that cheap and gross when they charged me 15$ for a double cheeseburger meal.

Placed an order via the app at 1050 pulled up just after 11 and no one took my order. All the lights were on in the lobby and the kitchen and the menu signs were still up and on. They either need to update the hours or they need to make the employees actually work until its time to close shop.

I'm not sure why I the lobby is NEVER open here. You cant use their restroom, or the entire dining area. The service is bad and I'm shocked that they don't care at

There is literally no point in having this location open until midnight if the service you get after 10pm is terrible. If the job is that bad, quit. For those of us who also work in food service and sometimes get off late, after not eating all day and wanting a quick bite, it’s super disappointing to be met with the level of rudeness and lack of service this location offers. Twice now I’ve placed mobile orders at this location after 10pm and did not receive my food/had to cancel my order. Wendy’s, hire some happier people or you will continue to have disappointed customers.

Ordered baked potato with butter and sour cream. Butter is fake. Potato must have been cooked in the early morning as it was pretty grey looking and tasted terrible.

Customer service isn't for everyone, and that's okay. If it's not your forte tho, why choose a job in that field? Most of the staff is great, but like alot of fast food places you've got a bad egg. The type of vibe you get when you're an "inconvenience" instead of a customer. Tonight was one of those nights. No one else in the drive thru but was told to hold, five mins later I was able to place my order. When I finished with my one meal order, typical for 10:30pm, I was told a total and pulled forward. I got up to the window and just asked "hey how's it going?" With no response. Got the card back and said "thank you", was then acknowledged with an eye roll. As she handed me the food, I again thanked her (cause you should always be curtious to the ones who handle your food) and she about threw the food in the window without a single word since the speaker. Just that kind of interaction makes you second guess eating the food.

This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Every time we go there they are out of anything we order. We live right by the location so we used to try to order often. We tried to go for a peppermint frosty the whole Christmas season didn’t have it. Chicken wrap…didn't have it. Chicken sandwich….didn't have it. This place has gone down hill a lot in the last year. What a bummer!

This location has been closed when their hours say they're open - typically in the morning but they seemed to be closed during the day a few times.However when they are open, I rarely experience issues with my orders here. Wish the potato wedges & fries were fresher & crispier but they're on par with other places.

We had a problem with Wendy's app, which the manager refused to help us. The cashier tried and manager finally assisted. The manager extremely rude and unfit to do the job. She should be fired!!

Came here to get some food. My bad for coming in this building nobody even checked the counter. The one guy completely ignored me and went into the bathroom. All these employees standing in the back talking. No acknowledgment no nothing from these ppl! Really sad! When I called the restaurant and mentioned it to the man who answered the phone on 11/27/23 5:00pm he chuckled when I asked why nobody taking orders….. Get better employees at this place please
