Customer service isn't for everyone, and that's okay. If it's not your forte tho, why choose a job in that field? Most of the staff is great, but like alot of fast food places you've got a bad egg. The type of vibe you get when you're an "inconvenience" instead of a customer. Tonight was one of those nights. This location has been closed when their hours say they're open - typically in the morning but they seemed to be closed during the day a few times.However when they are open, I rarely experience issues with my orders here. Wish the potato wedges & fries were fresher & crispier but they're on par with other places.

One word...well 3 really...pumpkin spice frosty! I admit, I am a chocolate frosty lover, but the pumpkin spice frosty is so unique. I tried one at the Brighton Wendy's location and was immediately in love. I'll be so bummed when the season is over and I can't one anymore. But anyway this Wendy's is great.
