The food was served hot and fast after placing an order on the app. It was 5 AM and I imagine the employees serving it had been there for most of the night. I ordered 2 sandwiches with a slice of cheese added on both but unfortunately only received 1 with cheese added which is disappointing, but all in all I'd say i'm still a satisfied customer. Stale bagels, stale english muffins. Hard as rocks and gross.
I stopped on my way home to order a half tea half lemonade which I usually like a little sweet and unsweetened tea in, and it’s never been an issue but at the speaker I was told by Colin “doesn’t work like that” and was rung up for two separate teas. Chrissy at the window was very polite and was able to fix it for me with no problems but I was shocked at how rude my initial interaction was.
