Kerby's Koney Island remains a local favorite, though it faces staffing challenges that have impacted customer experience. The restaurant is known for its classic Coney Island fare, including a mustang display in the lobby. Despite recent issues with order mix-ups and lengthy wait times, the food is generally regarded as good, and the wait staff is praised for their attentiveness, even assisting elderly customers. While the restaurant's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction has been tested, the owner's involvement is crucial to address these concerns and prevent potential closure.
