The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the coffee isn't that great. I never drink Hazel nut coffee, but it's the only way I can drink the coffee and stand the taste since I don't add sugar. I can't not complain too much, tho since it's not there, specitaly.
I want to express how great the 3 managers were during a customer health emergency. Emily Burrison, Elizabeth Cooke and Lindsey Schoefer stop everything they were doing including interviews and helped a customer who was experiencing a medical emergency. The staff was very kind patient and was helping this customer out until the ambulance could get there. They were also trying to calm down the customer and Emily even took the customer heart rate and blood pressure. Please everyone...read full review

No drive-in, but one of the few Panera locations that actually gave me extra cheese (or any cheese at all) on my French onion soup when I asked for it. Smoothies were silky smooth and the bakery was presented well. They seemed short-staffed the day we went in but were very kind and served us well even when we needed to correct an error on our order. Highly recommend this one!
