When picking up my drink order, I realized it was missing some requested extras. Staff, Bethany, was the first person I saw, and I asked her about it. She immediately recognized the issue, apologized for the error, and asked what could be done to fix it. Within a couple of minutes, she returned with my proper beverage. And it was delicious!

While there was initially an issue with my order, the problem was easily overshadowed by Bethany's stellar customer...

They have little kiosks that you can order from or you can order from a human. It suits everyone. The service is always very very quick after ordering, meaning the food is ready quickly and always hot! Loved visiting this location.

Let me just say that I generally love Panara Bread. Their food is wholesome, savory and considered comfort food, which I enjoy and so does my family. I have been to this particular one on several occasions but it does all depend on the workers they have that day and on 01/17/2026 , the staff that day were lazy and rude and inconsistent with what and how much goes into the sandwiches and soup.
