J R's Hometown Grill & Pub Reviews
The food was great, I had the smash burger with sweet potato fries, they give you a sweet cinnamon sauce for the fries. My date had the fish and chips, she said the fish was very good. We also had the pick three appetizers you have a good variety to choose from, we had fried pickles, pretzel sticks, and cheese bars. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
Both my husband and I ordered steaks. Mine was nice and tender, but my husband's was tough. Baked potatoes were not freshly done. Could tell they were day old just mildly heated up. Waitress did not come back to check on us, only to bring the bill.
Friends and I were out for a steak dinner. I prefer my medium steak more toward the rare side. My steak was barely pink. I had a perfect medium steak at the Adrian location. The service was very nice and quiet and attentive. Atmosphere is very dated.
