Brooklyn, Michigan store needs new or better management. Have had one terrible experience after another!
Everytime I go to the drive thru I am told “ I’ll be with you in a moment.” I am the only one In line everytime and there’s no one at the pick up window. Yesterday, I waited 5 minutes and never got served so I drove off. I know it’s race weekend, but the parking lot was not full, so that can’t be the excuse. Hire more staff!!! The only Tim Hortons in the area unfortunately.
I normally love Tim's but my last few orders were awful. This morning i bought a coffee at 530am thinking it would be fresh and delicious. It was nasty! Tasted like burnt cardboard. They have list my business completely. �
