Omg horrible food, went and got 4 sausage biscuits with cheese, 2 haven't cheese but the Mail thing they serve old sausage you could see and taste it and the biscuits was not cook all the way . We has too toss the food out hopefully we don't get sick from eating half of one.wont be going back

I put in a mobile order drove up to the store and went to the outside Lane the time was 10:24 as I sat in line they pushed through the inside line to get their breakfast then change the menu board in front of me and told me that I could no longer get my breakfast and would be issued a refund then they sent me on my way and told me oh well will not be returning to this location

No service at the counter. Finally ordered at terminal and took a seat. Order was put on the counter not brought to table as terminal said. Staff completely occupied with the drive through. Lots of shouting back and forth between staff. Would never go back to this store.

Went through drive through this morning. My bill came to $5.91. I handed the employee a $5 gift card and $1. He asked me if I wanted the receipt, I said no. He quickly said thank you and closed the window. He did not give me my change back. I told the employee at the pickup window. I didn't care about the 9 cents it was the fact that he took it. If he does that with all the customers then he's collecting a fair amount of money because this McDonald's is usually pretty busy.

Far superior than any other “fast food” business on this street it’s the only location locally that gives me zero issues in the plaza. They’re always timely and friendly with orders, and they do a good job keeping the store clean. If you’re hungry in the area rest assured McDonald’s is the right choice. Thank you for always providing good customer service. Can’t remember enough good experiences here I’ve even left Taco Bell to ask for straws here after having a horrible wait and they were more than generous when assisting us and even humored are experience. It’s appreciated by the customers when the team cares about what they’re doing. Love this location and team.

I’m a regular at this location, everyone is so kind and friendly!! But one employee in particular I think her name is Skarlett… PLEASE GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE. She does her job fast & well!! She hands down has the best fast food customer service I’ve seen!! Genuinely amazing even when the line is kinda busy the service makes up for the delay, keep up the good work guys!!

Literal hour wait@midnight on a Monday. Also, never order doordash from this place. They clearly need to clean their friers because the nuggets are miscolored. AND they ALWAYS mess up the order. It’s like they don't know how to read.

This place is always a good reminder not to eat fast food. They disappoint time after time. If you get a craving, go to Arbys where they dont make stupid mistakes.

Do not order DoorDash from here! This is the third time I’ve ordered and the third time I order is completely wrong. It’s almost like they know because DoorDash doesn’t care and won’t make it right for the customers. They don’t even have to do their job. I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal today. I’ll talk about today’s experience only just because that’s the relevant experience right now. But I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal, I got a double cheeseburger instead. I ordered this no pickle, no onion and it had both on it. I am allergic to pickle and cannot eat it, and DoorDash would only give me three dollars in dash credits. I then tried to call the store and the phone just rang and rang and rang and rang and no one answered. My fries were stone cold and I live one exit down from Gibraltar Road. There is no excuse for the fact that they charge extra for a triple cheeseburger versus a double cheeseburger, but thought it was OK to give me a double cheeseburger, there is no reason why customization exist just for them to ignore it completely. I will now go out of my way to go to the McDonald’s in flat rock from now on. This is three strikes. I’m done.
