Friendly workers always fresh donuts never a complaint

Tim Hortons is an amazing spot with fantastic coffee, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff who always go the extra mile. The new renovations really improved the place, and the fresh paint job makes it look better than ever. Even the gas here is top-quality—my car has been running smoother since I started fueling up! The bathrooms are always spotless and smell fresh. They never skimp on cream or sugar, and the donuts are a hit with my kids. It’s the perfect neighborhood gas station and mini-mart. You can grab a coffee, a snack, and fill up your tank all in one stop. Honestly, I love this place, and anyone saying otherwise is just looking for something to complain about!

Worst Tim Hortons in Michigan coffee was burnt and tastes like boot soup gross as hell stay away

Unfortunately, I feel this location has gone downhill lately. Coffee tastes watered down like they are only adding 2 bags instead of 3 or something. Most times I drive to a different location even though it's a good 5 miles down the road.

The customer service here is terrible! They do not resolve issues and are fine with you taking your business to all of the local coffee shops! They do not resolve issues at hand. Currently battling since 1/7 over terrible service! My money will go to DD and Starbucks! I
Am ensuring all of my Ford coworkers are aware too as we all frequent there often!

Bought a hot chocolate Lauren who waited on me was very perfessional and my hero.
She gave me Xtra whip cream...
And Tim Hortons has the best hot chocolate around.
Wish they had one in Southern Colorado.

Ordering at the drive through was wayyy more complicated and confusing than it needed to be. Then, my BELT did not have bacon. My husband’s farmers breakfast wrap did not have egg. Hash brown was not very warm or crispy. I ordered peppermint mocha and got gingerbread… (the worker told me at the drive thru that she put gingerbread bc she couldn’t find peppermint mocha button but that the drink would be correct. It wasn’t) timbits were fine.

Absolutely horrible service. Didn't give me all my food or any of my drinks. Then saying they gave me everything so accused me of lying. Workers complaining about me to their manager right in front of me. This place needs shutdown.

I have had crap service here before but gave benefit of the doubt and grabbed a coffee and 2 hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they have been out all night and just recooked. And my coffee was made wrong "again" I shouldn't have to stop at home to fix a coffee that is only cream and sugar and taste horrible and could possibly say a little long If I wanted to waste time stopping back at home I would have made coffee at home. Definitely will yet again never come back or give them another chance. 3rd time is not a charm.....do better

I just don’t understand how a corporation can allow a location to be staffed and run by people who are so ignorant, rude, and have no desire to actually be working. Just shut the place down and move your resources to a place that has people that actually wanna work.

They staff this place with the most ignorant kids and lazy adults that I have ever seen in my life. You go in there they’re talking to one another or they’re talking to their friends who come in and are sitting there. They’re moving at a pace that would embarrass most people and yet they’re there doing just that. It really is a shame , and I look forward to this location no longer being in business. Whoever manages this location should be fired.
