The worst experience from the cashier to the manager. Erica an employee is rude, plus talks back to the customers, the manager in the morning the same rudeness. Horrible customer service ever.

Most rudest staff i've ever encountered. We ordered 2 mango refreshers and a number 12 breakfast combo in the morning around 9:40am (supposed to come with another drink, a bacon wrap that we wanted for the wrap and a hash brown) We received our 2 mango refreshers and the wrap only. As any ordinary customer, you would tell them they got the order wrong so they can give you the right items for your order. At this point we already paid for everything, and while we were telling the girl with black hair that was at the drive through cashier that we didnt receive the hashbrown nor the other drink that came with the combo in a calm manner because its common for people to get the order wrong and we didnt mind until she got an attitude with us and literally started to be rude towards us for no reason. Another staff that came towards the situation (this lady was blonde) also started having a rude manner and raising their voice at us when we were still calm with them during this time while trying to tell them what items we didnt receive within the combo that we ordered which were the hasbrown and the drink that came ALONG with that combo. The blonde lady told us we had to pay 5 MORE dollars when we had already paid for everything that we told the black hair at the drive through speaker. They both need to be fired because their intentions were very rude towards us because of something so small. ignorant,rude and obnoxious for the both of them. they didnt take accountability for not recieving the items that we asked for, instead got loud at us and also irritated. Been going here for about 5 years and this more than likely will be my last coming here.

Nasty, Let start with the mobile app they charged my credit card but it didnt registered my order,. So when into to this store with the proof and they give me a hassle wont refund the money but did give me almost all the food from order.now onto the food issues is nasty the sausage wasnt cook all the way the biscuit was hard as a rock, had to throw the food away.i will never go back here again. And i will be contacting corporate...And the manager is rude .

Asked for a honey dip donut.. they gave me a donut with sprinkles.. I hate sprinkles. Didn’t realize until I got home.

My donut looked awful. Like someone smeared oxidated blood on it.

We visited during spring, little bunny shapes on the donut sure pleased our children. Staff was prompt and friendly.

Friendly workers always fresh donuts never a complaint

Tim Hortons is an amazing spot with fantastic coffee, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff who always go the extra mile. The new renovations really improved the place, and the fresh paint job makes it look better than ever. Even the gas here is top-quality—my car has been running smoother since I started fueling up! The bathrooms are always spotless and smell fresh. They never skimp on cream or sugar, and the donuts are a hit with my kids. It’s the perfect neighborhood gas station and mini-mart. You can grab a coffee, a snack, and fill up your tank all in one stop. Honestly, I love this place, and anyone saying otherwise is just looking for something to complain about!

Worst Tim Hortons in Michigan coffee was burnt and tastes like boot soup gross as hell stay away

Unfortunately, I feel this location has gone downhill lately. Coffee tastes watered down like they are only adding 2 bags instead of 3 or something. Most times I drive to a different location even though it's a good 5 miles down the road.

The customer service here is terrible! They do not resolve issues and are fine with you taking your business to all of the local coffee shops! They do not resolve issues at hand. Currently battling since 1/7 over terrible service! My money will go to DD and Starbucks! I
Am ensuring all of my Ford coworkers are aware too as we all frequent there often!
