Went to drive thru and got tasty baconators for my friend and I. Also decided to try the saucy nuggets and 'Ravens blood' (cherry sauce=syrup) frosty.
Great friendly service from the lady working the drive thru, and thoroughly enjoyed our baconators.
The saucy nuggets? They are okay, but in the future I'll just get plain nuggets, as not the biggest fan of the bbq, and don't like buffalo. The frosty was tasty, the Ravens blood was an interesting addition. Not too strong, and at times a bit too mild. But when got to the bottom where more was by itself? It was both good and not so much. Not sweet enough for my sweet tooth, but still good at first try. Then it was too strong.
Overall, tasty lunch, and interesting to try the new things. I miss adding the pretzel bun from the pub burgers to my baconators. And miss the fries before the latest change, as the additives make my mouth tingle and feel like they are spicy due to it. So, I will choose McDonald's over Wendy's now when I want fries with my burger.

Orders will take over 8min per car. If you're 3rd in line, forget your lunch break. It's not sometimes, it's everytime. Awful training seems the be the root cause of this. After looking at the size of my patty I can't help but wonder "WHERES THE BEEF??" with a patty smaller than my palm it's just enough to feed a squirrel and it's expensive as all get out!!!

This will be my last time going to this Wendy's. Waited a good 5 to 10 minutes to get waited on. Placed our order at 5:11, finally got it at 5: 26. No one wore gloves while handling your food and it was warm at best.

Never been so upset in my life. Who ever the female was working the window with gauges and short blonde hair on 12/1/24 was incredibly disrespectful! I normally give grace for bad days and understand you can’t always hear through the speaker. But she constantly rushed me through ordering my families order. Then at the window snatched the card out of my finances hand then shoved it back in his hand when done. Had an attitude through the entire transaction and then got the order wrong. Then had the audacity to sit there and give me dirty looks while checking the bag. The young gentleman who helped me fix my daughter’s food was kind. I’ve honestly never been so upset.

I came thru drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken BLT biggie bag with spicy nugs got regular nugs got a small frosty instead of my medium I paid for and girl lied and told me that was a medium but when I went yesterday to a different one got much larger one for a medium and then ordered my BLT no bun with lettuce as the bun got no mayo on it and one piece of lettuce the size of a 50 cent piece and so less than what they put on it with the bun when that was supposed to be the bun so I went back in and told them exactly how I wanted it and they threw a glob of mayo on the side threw another piece of lettuce in the thing and handed it back to me…… last time ordered same way and got a plain chicken patty on a piece of lettuce….. do better…

Picked up door dash order. Was nice and clean. I think it was someone new working the counter. He didn't put kids meal drink, or condiments in the bag. And did not seal up the bag properly.

Every now and again when I get off work at 11 PM, I stop by Wendy’s to see if they have any chili and every single time. The guy tells me he sold so much chili today that he ran out and this has happened more times than I Could count
