Spectacular experience here at Hidden River! Very welcoming staff from the moment we arrived. Awesome course conditions. Practice facilities were top notch and the pro shop selection was phenomenal! Pace of play with an 8am tee time was about 4 hours. Highly highly recommend!
Great course, courteous personnel. Very well laid out through the property. Girl at the grill outside was great. Served our burgers right to tables after our first 18. We will return!
The course itself is lovely. I enjoyed the round overall, though the pace of play was a bit slow at times.
What could be improved is the customer service experience. When I checked in with a certificate for 18 holes, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and insisted it wasn’t valid. To avoid holding things up, I paid, but it left a sour impression. Later, the ranger also spoke to me in a way that came across as condescending, which was disappointing.
