The drive-thru is relatively quick the employees are respectful polite and always smiling. I've only had one minor complaint personally with their food beyond that the store always appeared to be clean and never had any issues. I eat there quite often and will continue to do so.
Buchanan, MI Taco Bell location is just okay. Order was missing an item ordered in quantity, substitutes were not acknowledged, and one whole burrito was completely wrong and OVERLOADED with the most onions I’ve ever seen in a dish, anywhere!
Giving 3 stars still because when we went back through the drive-thru.. the manager on duty kindly replaced everything missing/incorrectly made and offered coupons for complimentary items to redeem next visit.

I gotta shout out whoever is on Crunchwrap duty tonight. I only get crunchwraps twice a year as a treat, and I have been let down by the crunch wrap quality at other local tb’s. Perfectly distributed fillings and properly crispy outside, the meat was even cooked properly too! Other locations skip steps and serve subpar crunchwraps, but not Buchanan. Kudos, guys!
