Stopped in on 8/11/25 around 8pm and got two banana splits and they where the best we had in years not sure who made them at the burton store but they should teach everyone because those splits where fantastic

This location is hit and miss. I had ordered a day before and I said extra toping and didn't get it. So I went back through and the nice girl was gonna not charge me this time for the extra and manager said no and had a fit. The customer service here isn't good. They skimp u what you order. Location has gone down hill

You will not get what you pay for! We ordered two basic cones: one medium, one large. They were thd same size. I noted this to the clerk and got nowhere. There's a DQ on Hill road: skip Burton for the Grand Blanc location.

On 5/22 at about 5pm, I stopped through the drive thru to place my order. I pull up and was greeted and after I overlooked the menu I placed my order. As I was placing my order the gentleman taking my order began to become VERy rude. Now I have absolutely no problem joking on the job, I actually wish it was more tolerated on the job but this young man was a perfect example of why it's not. He was obnoxiously rude past the point of joking. I was so irritated I had to drive elsewhere hungry to get food. I will be contacting management for further conversation
