Azy was absolutely amazing. She is an incredible sever and never lets the customer down. She took great care of us. Our food was top notch. Highly recommend.
On a side not let’s start going there with a bit more respect. I witnessed a male customer literally screaming at Ms. Azy tonight. He was absolute screaming and cursing over nothing. She never even flinched. Handed this grump his food and even told him to have a great night. I on the other hand had a few words for him.

Okay, you guys did a great job at midnight on a Saturday! We were hungry but wanted something different. My son had eaten Rally's before but I had not. I ordered the best Chicken sandwich, hot, juicy.....absolutely delicious! My son got a $4 meal deal and his burger was good, fries were hot and he even liked the apple pie! Great job, guys. Your food is fresh and delicious. I'll definitely stop by again for that fabulous chicken sandwich.
The food was not good (overcooked) and I did not like the fries. 😞

Extremely slow but they have plenty of people in there so not sure why. Took like twenty minutes just to get a burger by itself. Food was still good though and the employees were still nice and respectful. Just took forever.

Mayo...yuck! I ordered an olive burger with no pickles and NO MAYO. I was told they don't put mayo on olive burgers. Great, because I don't like mayonnaise on burgers. And the shake machine was broken, again, can't they just get new machines? This happens ALOT. I get back to work and take a bite of my burger... mayo. A lot of mayo, and not the top of the bun where I could have wiped it off. The lettuce, tomatoe, and onion were swinning in mayo.

Ordered fish and a spicy chicken sandwiches and they both were old overcooked couldnt eat them ordered a twist ice cream got a vanilla was told there was no Chocolate but wasn't asked if I still wanted it so paid for it then was told. Disappointed about the whole meal . a waist of money and was hungry fries were hot and fresh
