I ordered the BBQ mother cruncher combo got home and they gave me a reg chicken sandwich.. called them and the manager immediately said that's what we rang you up for.. now how would you immediately know who was calling and what you rang me up for? He said I could bring the sandwich back and he would give me the other.. I said I'm not coming back there now.. he said well that's on you and hung up on me. What a way to treat a customer when you made the mistake.

Good food you would expect from rallys. No dining room but have walk up wondow. Location very small usually understaffed so service even when good is slow.Parking: Parking is fine enough places to park and eat.Kid-friendliness: No dining room and not in safest area. Depends on how safe you are with your kids in the car.

Robert Lutman has the BEST customer service skills possible. This man was AMAZING! From answering the phone before I arrived, taking my order, having my food hot, and accurate. This is the ONLY rally’s I’ll be coming to. Definitely calling corporate to let them know their staff here is on point!

I ordered a fry lovers burger, no pickles add bacon (I order this very often) the young cashier at the window was very well mannered and nice when he took my money and handed me my food, I looked at my burger at the window and noticed there was no cheese on it, so I stayed there and another man noticed me and came to the window I said “hey doesn’t the fry lovers burger come with cheese?” He said “no not the fry lovers burger we can add it for you though” I said “oh that’s odd bc every time I order it, it comes with cheese” he said “No it doesn’t come with cheese” And proceeded to take my burger back through the window to add cheese on it (which I’m 100% certain he shouldn’t be doing that) so as he walks I google the fry lovers burger and the picture of the fry lovers and the description from the official rallys/checkers website shows that cheese does come on the burger. So when he came back to the window and me the burger, I said “well I just want you to know I just looked on the website and it said the burger comes with cheese just for future reference” He said “ I’m a manager and know for a fact that it doesn’t come with cheese” And slammed the window in my face and walked away.I’ve worked in fast food management before so I understand that people make mistakes but to be rude to a customer who wasn’t rude to you for YOUR mistake is absolutely absurd.. And taking the food back through the window was completely unsanitary.. I also didn’t receive a receipt so I couldn’t leave a review on the company website bc I didn’t have a survey code.

Got a couple fully loaded fries and they were just tossed in the bag open and sideways and upside down. Fries and toppings were just all over the place. Needless to say, between the 2 boxes I got maybe a box worth and the rest was just all over the bag. Employees need to take care of the food. No one forced them to work there. If they don't like it, just leave and work somewhere else instead of ruining peoples food they OVER pay for.
