I am from out of town, I posted in a Michigan Gluten Free group though for ideas when I came to visit. After shopping at the Tanger Outlets we were tired and hungry ! We found the 5 Lakes Brew Pub conveniently located in the middle of many shops. We decided to sit at the bar , although they are many seating options. We greeted immediately and had cold beverages right away ! There's a full bar and an interesting drink menu ! Great atmosphere! Service was great until our food was delivered, then no one, by the time they checked back in 30 min later we informed them the food was not right and that I didn’t get any dressing for salad. Was told that they don’t offer any refunds. No manager came out, no one spoke with us. Nothing. Frustrating as we had a 21 dollar meal and had one bite. Left hungry. Kyra C server. Not pleased.
