1st time here we were greeted by Natalie. So refreshing to have someone glad to serve us and eager to make our experience awesome. Today so many expect a tip but she actually earned it. I will return not just for the great coffee and food but also for the high level of service.
I've been to the Foxtail in Byron Center and Ada and I just love them both. What a peaceful, cheerful atmosphere for chatting with friends or locking in to get some work done. The coffee is great, the vibe is even better!
Honestly, from the moment we pulled up to Foxtail Coffee, my girlfriend and I were overwhelmed with excitement. When we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the staff and the fantastic vibes.
While/after we were ordering, the barista that helped us was extremely personable, and instantly made a connection with us - making us feel welcomed and happy to be there.
Now down to the real reason we are there - THE COFFEE! They were both delicious!!!...
