Peppino's Pizza of Byron Center

Very inconsistent. Sometimes ok, sometimes not. Depends on who is on the crew. We have ordered the same pizza a dozen times in the last year. Sometimes good, sometimes ok, sometimes just covered with cheese and little amount of toppings.

Walked in, ordered pizza. Waited for 15 minutes. Got pizza home. Pizza was completely overcooked, crust appeared burned and sausage was black. Maybe it was an off night, not sure as we order a lot of pizzas from Peppinos but tonight was not good. I find this location to be very inconsistent and very hit or miss. Disappointing!

Their pizza ain’t bad. I ordered twice from this place. Both online
First time I ordered I placed it for 6:15. I arrived at 6:15 and my order was ready which was cool. But when I got home (I live at most 5 minutes away) my pizza was cold. You could tell it was made extremely early.
Second time I placed for delivery one because I’m fasting and two because I’ve been at work. I placed it for 6:40 because I break my fast at that time. I arrived home legit at 5:55 and heard a ring at my door at 6pm. My pizza was at my door. If you’re going to allow later time slots then follow it. If I wanted to eat cold pizza or reheat pizza I’ll get a frozen one from a grocery store for way cheaper.

Beyond disappointed. Ordered $79 dollars worth of food did not get any of it that I ordered. It was delivered calleded them right away and the manager would not help me at all.

My favorite Pizza in GR. It used to be better, but it is still good. We used to get it all the time but the price has gotten a bit out of control. They have gluten free crusts. The sauce is awesome and the toppings are good. This location often tasts better than the Kalamazoo ave one for some reason. I've heard others agree. They also have an all you can eat lunch buffet.

Well when you place an order and then they decide to cancel it 30 minutes after you place it that's just crazy!

I don’t really write reviews but this circumstance makes me feel like I have to. Under promise and over deliver. If you think it’s going to take 20 minutes tell your customers 40 give yourself a buffer. This is what this pizza place should write down all over there walls. Time is the only currency in life. Never play with your customers time. If you say the pizza will be ready in 20 minutes, and I show up 25 mins later and still wait 20 minutes, it’s hard not to be upset. This isn’t the first time this has happened which is why I am writing this review. Great pizza, great wings, horrible service. Just know when you order pizza here you are gambling with your time.

We were very disappointed in the subs we ordered. The buns were soggy . You could barely hang onto it because it was so mushy. And then on top of that it was burned. The edges of the bun and meat were black. Of course we didn't see it until we unwrapped them at home. No way we were taking them back. We live in Dorr and the roads were bad. I ordered them for dinner and picked them up on my way home. They didn't even deserve the 1 star.

I was very disappointed in my pizza. It was barely warm when I got home five minutes away from the establishment. I think a frozen Jacks pizza might have been just as good and I am extremely unhappy that I was forced to include a tip online for an order that I had to pick up.

What's the point of ordering a GF crust pizza AND paying more for said crust if they cross contaminate!

Amazing pizza. Good sauce with a medium thin crust that was cooked to my liking. ???

Parking: Good parking available for vehicles. Parking is shared by the whole plaza.

Very 50/50 on getting the pizzas correct. My family and I have gone several times and our pizzas have gotten screwed up pretty often. Definitely should check your pizzas before you leave.

Usually kinda particular about my pizza, I have nothing to say besides good things about Peppinos pizza, the flavor the price and the service all excellent would definitely recommend checking out a Peppinos pizza definitely will be returning for more!
