This location was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and looked like they were having fun! They offered choices on my drink and even communicated the ingredients what they could add more of, less of if I didnt like something!

I was greeted when I walked in and was apologized to when the quickly finished up the drive thru. Service was excellent, however I got a frozen butter bear with extra flavor and is was way over mixed and was more like a cold brew ice coffee than a freeze so needless to say I was upset with my drink. The lemon bites are delicious tho, she did a great job up selling them to me I almost didn't get them and they were what actually made me happy after getting back on the road.

This is our second time stopping at this location. The place is very inviting and the staff is friendly but we ordered two Caramel lattes with extra shots. All it tastes like is steamed milk. You can taste a hint of Caramel but not any coffee. Kinda strange! We have been a biggby customer for years. It won't stop us from enjoying Biggby coffee but we probably won't stop at this location again.
