My service was prompt and courteous but my cheeseburger(you're a burger joint)was not as hot as I expected, that added to the fact that it wasn't that busy. The drive through was steady but the dining room was empty. Had better but as serviceable.
Very immature environment lady taking our order couldn’t stop laughing and was too side tracked by someone else’s conversation to get our order down correctly and after fixing our order and confirming it they proceeded to hand us the wrong drinks with our meal and on top of that I’m pretty sure they took the drinks back and reserved them… Not sanitary friendly in my opinion!!
The manager here today was very professional and took care of my issue promptly. It's difficult working with the public. All these works deserve a pat on the back. I used to say out loud to my employees service with a smile always keep that in mind.
