Had terrible food when we were there last week. There was 12 of us and maybe 2 or 3 meals were just ok. The rest were horrible. More fat on steaks than meat, shrimp on a skewer that were way over seasoned and way over cooked and about the size of a quarter if that! Another steak was to have been about 12 oz and was suppose to be a 16 oz and way over cooked. A couple had the chicken with marinara and was dry and couldn’t cut it with a knife! Dockside Inn Restaurant offers a beautiful location right on Lake Cadillac, with an outside deck facing the lake. The inside boasts vaulted ceilings and an upper floor for private parties. The menu features delicious BBQ ribs and dockside smashed potatoes, as well as starters like bruschetta, naan & chips with hummus, and Margherita flatbread. While some dishes may be hit or miss, the food is high quality and not your standard Northwoods fare. However, there were some issues with availability as a customer experienced multiple items being out of stock during a special dinner for a 50th anniversary, leading to disappointment. Despite this, the restaurant is a charming spot for a meal with scenic views and tasty dishes.
