Staff are very nice and food is good. It's just so slow even vs a normal Jersey Mike's. I've ordered 2-3 sandwiches 20-45 minutes in advance through the website. Both times I showed up the hadn't even started our order yet and we had to wait 15-20 minutes.
Stopped in today while running service calls in Cadillac. Food was excellent, excellent communication. Through no fault of their own the only two employees that came in were pleasant and working hard. These guys are awesome
Read ingredients if you are trying to eat clean. Descent but they have a problem reading what you want on your subs. Double check. Hard to give 5 stars on service when they mess up your sub ingredients over & over.
