Went to KFC in Cadillac on 12/24/23. The sign on the door said open until 7pm. There were people sitting inside eating when we arrived at 6:30 pm. Walked inside and stood at the counter for about 3 minutes and it was obvious the workers were ignoring us. Finally someone acknowledged us and she instantly said” my lobby is closed” in a very rude manner. I said your sign on the door said you’re open until 7pm and she said “ my lobby is closed, only the drive thru is open”....read full review
