Did an online order for no lettuce on the chicken sandwich, receipt said it, but they did have lettuce. Even had us pull forward to wait, wasn't right. Food was great otherwise

Parking: Parking is on the right and unless handicap you must cross the drive to the left to enter

We have went to this location twice. The first time was okay but the order board did not show our order and the wait times were a little longer than usual. The second time was a much less enjoyable experience. Both times we ordered in the lobby. In our second visit we saw a guy running out orders with no coat visibly freezing. He was the only one to ask our order number so he could check on it. He was a great employee. But besides him it was not great. We waited almost 30 minutes...
