Today I accidentally locked my keys in my car and manager Cio was kind enough to have my food remade for me so I could take it home fresh. He was very kind and understanding even though I was pretty upset (with myself haha) thanks again Cio!!!!

they have reley nice workers, but they had slow service it was reley filled but it was like a 5star rastaurant so I gave it 5
I pulled up to the drive thru at the far speaker. I waited a car pulled up to the first speaker they took their order and up they went. And still I sit here I said hello, nothing happened well 3 more cars came and went at the first speaker and they ignored me completely. So I pulled up to the window and asked why no one is taking the orders for that speaker and I got the run around. When you go to fast food. And 4 other people go in front of you it gets frustrating.

They have got my order wrong two days in a row. I went back to get it fixed and the manager Zach was rude wanted to charge me for what the screwed up. Ended up telling me to leave. So my wife called to ask why they didn't fix what they had messed up and of course it was the manager Zach that answered. She asked to talk to different manager and he said he was the head guy at Reed city McDonald's and told her to eat his d##k and hung up on her. Really nice managers at Reed city McDonald's. I'm calling corporate tomorrow to report him. I will never eat at Reed City McDonald's ever again as long as they have that kind of ppl working there running thing's it's a joke.....
