Fresh food, hot fries. Kind staff. Decently priced. Cute inside for eating and fast drive through. Everytime i drive by or go they are super busy, but that doesnt stop them from being super fast, fresh or friendly.
McDonald's is what it is. They're #1 for a reason. With Covid there's no dine-in in Cadillac, the drive-thru lines are ridiculously long. Inexperienced help currently make order taking a crap-shoot. New owners in Cadillac have increased the price on ice tea, it's not a soft drink, go figure. So much for all drinks a dollar.
Both the managers here are kind and understanding. Had one missing item on an order; manager was apologetic and gave us the time. Big ice storm came and place an order on app, couldnt do anything but one of the managers said to come back in the next day, was able.to get our order with no refund or paying, they are very kind, understanding and very apologetic.
