Does any McDonald's ever get it right? Does their shake machines ever work No! I dont get it, and not everyone Orders on a damn app that is just plain annoying! I also tried the app and sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes while my dood got cold. Nothing went right here honestly
Mornings are busy as to be expected. Some people are very helpful while others just want the numbers to be fast. They should worry more about getting current orders out instead of overwhelming staff members with an overhaul of food flying from window, to lobby, to outside the restaurant. Numbers don't matter if you don't have satisfied customers. Otherwise, my order is complete fairly quickly, besides the high traffic times, and done accurately and according to my specifications.

it but was told they couldn't take the wrong drink back and throw it away. How ridiculous is that?? I didn't have another cup holder in my car so the drink would.have spilled on the seat.
