After my experience with the manager Kathleen Hall I will never be back.
Today when I approached the counter she was clearly annoyed and having a bad day.
I asked a few questions and she grew even more irritable.
I told her usually I do tip but her attitude was horrible.
She proceeded to become combative and confrontational. To the point she slammed my sandwich on the counter.
