Subway in Cadillac

“They were pretty busy tonight (6:30pm) and both the young gentlemen and young lady (she had a braid with red coloring) were amazing under pressure! I've worked in the fast food industry and there's always complaints, and never enough praise. I think these two made a great team and had us all laughing. If I could give you guys raises, I would! Keep up the great work!!“

“We went to this Subway on Apr 10, 2023. The young man that made our sandwiches (Chris) was very polite and efficient. When it came time for the veggies, the lady that was working with him (manager maybe?) took the meat and cheese off my husband's sandwich and rearranged it. I don't care what order the stuff goes on. Anyway, my point is that if Chris made the sandwich incorrectly according to Subway's "rules" then correct him in private, That was rude and uneccessary. The food was good though.“

“The lady last night was AMAZING! She was all alone and worked so hard at getting our online order ready. She kept apologizing but ABSOLUTELY was not her fault. She needed a couple helpers but had none. She was trying to make sure we had what we needed with a personable touch. Thank you!“
