Subway in Traverse City

“It's been like two years since I've ate at a Subway. Upon entering I was greeted by a super friendly guy. He had my sub done in record time! All the toppings were perfect and healthy looking. Paid and back out the door within 3 minutes. Thank you! That was one of the best steak and egg subs I've ever ate. ✌✌✌✌“

“I just need to tell you that Josh is amazing! I just saw him working ALONE for at least the last hour, during the lunch rush! There were 6 people in line ahead of me and people coming in for online orders but he stayed calm and got the job done with total professionalism. I'm sure he felt stressed but he didn't show it. He seems pretty young too so I'm completely impressed! I sure hope this company appreciates him because he is EXACTLY the kind of employee you want!! “This was BY FAR the cleanest and nicest Subway I’ve ever been in. The one in Burnet, TX is close, but not better. The manager Stephanie and the fella that made my sandwich (really nice guy) we so cool and so proud. (Rightfully so!)

Everything was fresh, clean and looked after. The soda machine upon inspection, which can often go unnoticed, was spotless even the trough!!!

THEN I ate the sandwich!!! WHICH WAS EVEN BETTER!!! Now how’s that possible!!!

“Maybe don't advertise that there's curbside delivery available if there isn't. I ordered through the app and chose curbside, though when I got there, the app said my food was done. After 10 minutes I called the store to see if they could run my food out as I had two toddlers in the car and they said they aren't allowed to. Good thing there was a drive through. I get that they may have been too busy, but it doesn't look good on the business to advertise curbside delivery when you're "not allowed to" bring the food out to the car. Why even have it as an option online if you can't do it?“

“Overall just your average Subway. I've heard of some bad experiences here but I've never had one myself. I usually order online and it's always ready on time, the people have always seemed nice to me. Only downside is my sandwich is always super messy but that's probably my fault. ?

Parking: Always plenty of parking.“
