“Our office ordered take out lunch from The Kitchen today. First of all, everybody at the office thought the food was delicious; obviously freshly prepared and very fair proportions. There was one small hiccup in our order. Ashley went out of her way, above and beyond, to fix the issue and take care of us!! I am absolutely sure we will order from there again. The staff was bright and friendly. In an era where good old fashioned customer service has gone to the wayside, The Kitchen and Ashley showed me that it still exists!! Thanks again for a great lunch and a great experience!!“

“I love this location! Having celiac doesn’t allow me to eat out most places but I have never had an issue at this location. They always go in the back and get new utensils, clean the grill, and change gloves. They are very friendly and always complete our order quickly and with accuracy.“

“This is the ONLY subway from Cadillac, Traverse City and Kalkaska that knows how to roll a wrap! Everywhere else I go rolls it up like a ball or the size of one of the protein pockets that are $10 less than the wrap. The tuna salad is perfect! My son ( who would rather have BK) said his sub was made to perfection and he loves the pickles 🥒 and the honey mustard.. This is officially our store!!!!“
