“Our office ordered take out lunch from The Kitchen today. First of all, everybody at the office thought the food was delicious; obviously freshly prepared and very fair proportions. There was one small hiccup in our order. Ashley went out of her way, above and beyond, to fix the issue and take care of us!! I am absolutely sure we will order from there again. The staff was bright and friendly. In an era where good old fashioned customer service has gone to the wayside, The Kitchen and Ashley showed me that it still exists!! “Had a wonderful experience i had for my birthday, the service was extremely patient and kind in various multiple ways, such as the time it took for my entire party to arrive, to the lack of absolute hesitation and willingness to switch a meal out my 75yr old mother ordered thinking it was an entirely different meal. Sage was incredibly naturally kind and understanding as a server in this capacity for excellent customer service one does not come across often. Thank you for a great simple birthday family dinner but also for warm kind understanding serving my mother with compassion for her misunderstanding and the warm willingness to correct it for her. Thank you again. A birthday dinner ill remember fondly.“
