“Our office ordered take out lunch from The Kitchen today. First of all, everybody at the office thought the food was delicious; obviously freshly prepared and very fair proportions. There was one small hiccup in our order. Ashley went out of her way, above and beyond, to fix the issue and take care of us!! I am absolutely sure we will order from there again. The staff was bright and friendly. In an era where good old fashioned customer service has gone to the wayside, The Kitchen and Ashley showed me that it still exists!! Thanks again for a great lunch and a great experience!!“

“This Olive Garden was exceptional. We live downstate, and to us this was just a convenient place next to Great Wolf Lodge. Chain restaurants often have similar patterns and menus and you know what to expect.
The level of service we received from our server Jeannie was amazing. She was very efficient, so kind, great sense of humor and she just cared. She was not just going through the motions and it was refreshing.
The salad she prepared for us was the best one we've ever received, it was as if she was going to enjoy it herself. This level of detail is hard to come by these days.
Our other main entrees and drinks were wonderful as well.
They did not skimp on sauces and what not on our pastas. It was as if they cared about providing good quality food vs saving a buck because prices of everything have gone up. Thank you OG of Traverse City for making our minivacation memorable.“
