My wife and I ordered a breakfast sandwich and cinnamon crunch bagel. After about 15 minutes I inquired about the order and they hadn't started on it. I finally got the bagel and after 10 minutes, I checked on my sandwich, which hadn't even been started. The employee said the egg machine was being cleaned. I finally asked to just substitute a cinnamon roll and was given two. They were definitely short-staffed and very disorganized although the employees were friendly and apologetic....read full review
Great food and probably the busiest Panera I’ve been to. Parking lot is weird tho.
