Food was great, place was very clean, coffee hot and tasty. But a special shout out to Tina, who went above and beyond in customer service for my mom, who was having trouble chewing the baguette bread for her sandwich. I asked for softer bread thinking we could just change it out, but Tina remade her sandwich so it would be fresh. We had just left a dr. appt where my mom had gotten much needed good news and Tina's kindness was just the cherry on top!
I’m usually a big fan of Panera, but this is the least efficient drive through ever. We waited close to ten minutes at the drive through—we were the only car and we ordered breakfast pastries!The prices at this location are noticeably higher than downstate locations. Over $5 for a bagel with cream cheese, and they don’t even spread it for you!

Alright, my husband and I have been sick for five days. I really did not feel like cooking. I went through the Arby’s drive through— they were closed. So then I chose Panera because I was hungry and impatient.A few things wrong with this scenario:1.) the drive through takes forever.2.) apparently when you ask for a bread bowl (and they’re out), they don’t understand that you wanted some kind of bread in the bag.
