Horrible donuts, they tasted like they were day old, spouse said the same thing. Quality has gone way down from years ago
They are still learning. Gave us the wrong donuts. We wanted chocolate frosted (yeast donuts) but got chocolate glazed (cake donuts). We ordered according to the menu name of the item we wanted. To avoid this in the future, will use the app to order. Sadly my husband did not check the order before leaving. Hoping for better luck next time.
4 ladies were standing at the front talking it was around 7 am and I walked up stood there for about 5 minutes not one person greeted me I finally asked if they could take my order and one of them barked that I have to order on the kiosk I was looking for the iced coffee and asked what I should order because it doesn't say iced coffee and another lady barked we don't have iced coffee you'll have to order cold brew the food was good but this is the Great Wolf Lodge and I was expecting...read full review
