Whoever was behind the counter didn't greet me. I was talking with my friend and we were confused at the ordering screen, clearly needing help. Ended up figuring out our problem by ourselves, ordered a large variety of donuts. I asked one of the 2 women working there if they could add Carmel to our hot chocolate, since there was no option to do so on the screen and they didn't offer to help when we were having issues. She looked at me like it was the most disgusting thing she had ever heard but said yes. So she saw my face and knew what order I had (i have bright hair and very hard to miss)Then they pulled over someone behind me and told her that they only have the donuts that were behind her (I thought nothing of it. My order was in first, maybe I took the last one 1 of the kinds) then the person behind the counter tried giving my donuts to someone else. And I didn't get any of the ones I had ordered.I dont normally write reviews, but I was highly disappointed by how I was treated here.

Closing at 1 seems early. But when you show up at 12:30 and they're already closed early, that just seems like false advertising.

Ordered here twice on separate days. On the first day, I tried a large iced matcha latte which tasted more like normal milk than a latte and the cup was 3/4 ice. On the second day, I tried a large hot matcha latte which tasted better than the iced version but the cup was probably only half full with the other half being foam. Extremely disappointing for $6 drinks.Located inside GWL so convenience is there but it's also the only option.

Everything bagel was over toasted to the point you couldn't eat it. Cranberry muffin just didn't taste right. Lots of sugar crystals in top of muffin, tasted just blah. Avocado Bacon Tomato sandwich is on regular bread, toasted that comes over board with smashed avocado and 1 cherry tomato and a strip of bacon. It tasted alright, would have liked many more tomatoes. I absolutely love Dunkin but this location is terrible. I've been a few times trying to beat them closing, got there before noon twice and closed already. Another time visited shortly after noon and all donuts and bagels were gone, another time waiting in line just to be told they were closing by the time I got to the counter. They need some serious help in there.
